Brief:
The location of the big belt pulley of GL-P series fire grate speed reducer adopt Stift overload clutch, As shown in Figure 4, Outer Circle 1 drove by belt, and Inner Circle 2 connected by flat key and input axis of the speed reducer. Safety pin that connect out- er circle to inner circle can be cut off when overload trouble occur- red so as to stop the speed reducer and the fire grate. Besides, Safety pin should replace at regular intervals.
Procedure of changing safety pin:
1. Turn off the power.
2. Loosen the screw and move away the plate.
3. Take out the safety cover and broken pin, checkup the agility of outer ring 1 and inner ring.
4. Change the safety pin and aim the safety boles of the outer and inner cycles and out in a new safety pin.
5. Put the gland on its position. Tighten the screw and then start-up power.
